was so slow and frustrating. Who else enjoyed their 2 hour drive to Geelong on Sunday. What I want to know is, who was the idiot who made the decision to do major work on the Geelong freeway on a busy Sunday of a long weekend. How crazy was it to go from 4 lanes down to 1 with every lane choked. Not to mention people driving on the service lane. Crazy.
I have been investigating the Buteyko method, to help with my son’s recently developed asthma. Has anyone tried this for thier child, and where could we go to learn how to do it properly, I have some information on how to do it, but feel a bit nervous trying it.
